Equipment for Telecommunications Industries
Custom Telecommunications Labels, Nameplates, and Overlays
Telecommunications servicers are responsible for providing their customers with reliable communication. And the same goes for their employees that handle telecommunications equipment and machinery.
Whether you are a telephone company or an internet provider, Hallmark Nameplate can help you increase safety and diminish risk through the use of nameplates, PCBs, labels, membrane switches, and overlays.
Choose the Best For Your Business
You might be wondering what kind of nameplates, overlays, PCB assemblies, and labels you need to choose for your telecommunications business.
To make the process easier, Hallmark Nameplate provides comprehensive information about materials, finishes, special processes, printing options, and all of their benefits so you can pick the perfect solution for your company.
Nameplates help to manage risk and provide critical information. Telecommunications nameplates with barcodes allow users to efficiently scan and manage equipment and telecommunications tools.
Other nameplates, like branded nameplates, can help you provide consistency on all of your products and equipment, increasing your brand awareness.
Telecommunications Tools Overlays
We provide custom telecom equipment as well as telecommunications switch and router overlays of all kinds to improve the use of devices. These durable overlays extend the life of your devices and provide branding.
Overlays increase durability and improve user experience.
From internet routers to telecommunication switches, we can create custom durable labels for your tools.
When you incorporate tags on your telecommunications tools, it increases organization, efficiency, and safety. You can even use labels to track and manage telecom equipment in the field.
Telecommunications Electronic Assembly
Our telecommunications PCB assembly services cover everything from satellite technology to communications devices.
All of our assemblies are tested to meet the rigorous standards of the telecommunications industry so you can provide your customers with quality devices.
Membrane Switches in the Telecommunications Industry
Membrane switch panels for telecommunication devices are often complex and need experienced manufacturers.
We create top-quality custom weather-resistant switches, including tactile and non-tactile switches.
Industry Certifications For Telecommunications Nameplates, Overlays, and Asset Labels
When working in the telecommunications industry, your facility and equipment may require materials with strict and precise specifications, certifications, or inspection procedures.
We are UL certified, RoHS, and ITAR compliant and a 3M Preferred Converter. Other certifications include ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001:2015, and GPI.
ISO 9001 - This certification is for quality management systems based on procedures related to people, facilities, equipment, training, and services.
Underwriter Laboratories (UL) - Certifies security for products ensuring products meet safety requirements
Canadian Standards Association (CSA) - Certificate for high-risk products indicating that the product has been tested and meets high standards
Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS) - Restricts the use of hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic products and equipment.
The International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) - Ensures the regulation of manufacturing and selling military-related technologies.
Materials For Telecommunications Nameplates, Overlays & Labels
Durability is very important when choosing materials in the telecommunications industry. Telecommunications equipment and identification tags for the mobile cell need to be able to withstand harsh conditions to continually provide customers with global communications. Some common, long-lasting materials you can choose from include:
Anodized Aluminum - Lightweight yet durable, anodized aluminum is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. It’s known for its corrosion and abrasion resistance and is lighter than other metals. Anodized aluminum can be customized with various colors and designs.
PhotoSensitive Aluminum (MetalPhoto) - MetalPhoto is extremely durable and unaffected by harsh indoor and outdoor conditions. It includes the process of sealing your image under a sapphire-hard anodic layer to protect it.
Polyester (Mylar®) – Polyester, also known as Mylar, is ideal for harsh indoor and outdoor environments, since it’s UV resistant, won’t fade in the sun, is non-yellowing, is electrical resistant, and can withstand extreme temperatures, water, abrasion, and chemicals.
Polycarbonate (Lexan®) – Lexan is a polycarbonate resin thermoplastic material that’s transparent, strong, tough, impact-resistant, and temperature resistant. It’s the best material to use where extreme temperatures or widely varying temperatures are a concern. This material is also resistant to scratches, corrosion, chemical abrasion, and water, and it expands and contracts without damaging the material.
Vinyl (PVC) – PVC vinyl, also known as polyvinyl chloride, is very rigid and extremely durable. However, unless it has UV overlaminate protection, it isn’t suitable for outdoor use. Properties of PVC include resistance to moisture and humidity as well as low cost.
